MCV116G4201 Pressure Control Pilot (PCP) Valve - Danfoss

The Danfoss MCV116G4201 is a single-stage electro-hydraulic pressure control pilot valve designed for closed-loop hydrostatic transmission systems. The valve uses a torque motor actuated double-nozzle flapper mechanism to generate a differential hydraulic pressure proportional to the applied electrical signal.

This pilot valve is commonly used with Danfoss Series 90 pumps, providing smooth, accurate, and reliable hydraulic control in demanding mobile and industrial applications. Its closed-loop hydraulic feedback design ensures excellent stability and fast response during machine operation.
